Review
This outing was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone that went. The course was in great shape. It is challenging but a fun layout for all skill levels. Everyone agreed that they'd play this course again any time. The price is more than competitive with other Denver area courses, especially for the quality. The practice areas feature plenty of room on the driving range, a putting green, a chipping green and a pitching area.
As for the clubhouse, the restaurant was open despite the pandemic. Even with a cut-down menu, the food enjoyed by many after the round was hot, delicious and reasonably priced. There were several great beverage options, too. Service was great as well. The pro shop is big and modern. The staff was efficient and friendly.
Because of the pandemic, Riverdale was not renting clubs. They required people to share carts if they chose to ride. Masks were encouraged in the common areas but not required.
This was the first time we got to play with Tim (Travis' friend) and Perry (Todd's friend). We also had Vicki's sister Roni and brother-in law Jim in from Illinois. It was a pleasure to have had all of them join us - they fit right in. Hopefully Tim and Perry will be regulars!
Even the weather was perfect. Hard to say enough good about this outing!
